Having issues with my new bumper ever since install. When I brought back in, instead of being honest and reinstalling properly, they took a saw to the undercarriage of my car and lied about the solution. I will be contacting my attorney unless this is corrected properly and professionally. Extremely disappointed with my experience and the lack of transparency here.

Gerber had been one of the most helpful repair shops I have ever worked with. Their communication on the repair process is great even if the only change is minor, they still communicate that information to you.
