What a great crew of fine, dedicated caring people. Not only that, but the work on my car was exceptional. I was not rushed if I had questions. There was no problem with having my car checked after an accident to ensure I could drive it safely. Also, every employer I had contact took their time with me. I was not rushed out the door. Being a recent widow and not having to take care of my car. I appreciated their help and patience ..

I have never had a car turned around at a body shop so quickly before. Their communication before during and after was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the work was outstanding and looked better than new!

My car was dropped off Aug 26 and on drop off my husband and I told them we had noticed some damage under the vehicle as well. We also said that we wouldn’t be available to pick up the vehicle until Sept 8 as we would be out of town. The front desk assistant was very rude and aggressive. She was visibly irritated that I wasn’t rushing to come back and get my vehicle even though I specifically stated that at drop off. When saying they could drop off the vehicle to another home ( my MIL) she said “ugh really.” The damage under my car was not repaired, so now I will be spending more time, money, and mileage to take two vehicles back and forth to fix this issue. Overall, very poor experience. The paint job on my bumper on the front is good, but the sides there is paint buildup and it’s sharp. I also don’t know if the bumper was installed properly because you can see the clips. I don’t know if it’s flush. It seems like there is more of a gap than there should be

I’ve now had two vehicles repaired here, and both experiences were excellent. The first was my 2025 Ford Explorer, and they did a fantastic job restoring it. The quality of the work and attention to detail were outstanding. The second was my 2011 Ford F-250. They worked with me to install an upgraded aftermarket steel bumper and lighting kit instead of simply replacing it with the stock bumper. They also obtained OEM headlight assemblies for both sides. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to accommodate the upgrades I wanted while completing the necessary repairs. The team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout both repairs. Based on the quality of their work and how well they treated me, I would absolutely recommend them.
