Staff is friendly but Waited a month to be called to bring the car in due being busy which was fine but it then took over 3 weeks once after the car was taken to be ready again because you were busy. I would have rather waited longer for you to be truly ready. There were also multiple quality issues once we picked the car up that still aren’t resolved

Even though I thought communications could have been better, and don’t understand why the car was driven 130 miles, I felt that the front desk and estimator were all extremely pleasant to work with. I also thought they did an excellent job with the repair (superior quality) which is bottom line most important to me.
