Gerber completely washed the entire vehicle and even fixed a piece of door molding that was coming off. The molding wasn’t related to the repair, they just did it!

I dropped off my car for a rear bumper repair and got the car back with a hard steering and error code. After some research, the engine harness was replaced at Gerber which could have not been connected correctly to the correct DAS connector and/or installed correctly and/or not the correct engine harness (3.7 L AWD). Matt said the battery was never disconnected but it’s a requirement to disconnect it for the engine harness. Gerber claims the technician said the issue was immediate, but I know for a fact the issue did not exist when I dropped it off. Now I have to bring it to a dealer and likely pay thousands of dollars that I should not have to to get it repaired.
