Very friendly and welcoming, awesome communication - but that all gets thrown out the door when the repair job is bad - AND THEN worse when you bring it back and they don’t do anything to address concerns and correct.

Picked car up - blinker didn’t work, side panels were peeling off , bumper and hood were not aligned - paint drip marks - went back up there to point out everything and said I want it all corrected this isn’t acceptable work, so they took the car back for the day and called me as they closed saying everything was corrected and good to go. I get there to pick up the car and all they did was fix the blinker issue. Everything else I pointed out was not touched or corrected. Since I picked it up at closing time I was unable to talk to anyone about my displeasure with the whole situation. To wrap it up, I have brought my car there twice, and the work was not acceptable. Now I had to jump through hoops with State Farm to line up a different collision shop who will do the job right and fix these issues. Super frustrating situation.
