Was told to bring truck to Becker location as all parts and schedule was open to work on vehicle. Brought vehicle and then received call next day that they did not have enough technicians and would like to bring vehicle to Elk River location. A mild inconvenience but thought was odd. Other than that vehicle was done in a timely manner. Very happy about how the vehicle looks. Customer service was great, loved that they called every couple of days to let me know status of vehicle. As I was out of town for the birth of my first child they were able to drop vehicle off at my residence and I cannot thank them enough! Gerber Collision is great and I cannot thank them enough!
