Had to wait multiple times during this process. Office wasn't open or properly staffed at 8 am. Had to wait in my vehicle for 15 minutes when it was dropped off. Follow up when the vehicle was done was lacking. I needed to call a couple times for status updates. Had a claim in November and the office / admin part of the process was very smooth.
