I don’t think I have ever been treated with so much respect. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. And bonus, my car was finished early (like 4 day ahead of time) the office gal at the desk was super knowledgeable, and so welcoming & friendly. I will be recommending Gerber to people every chance I get. Thankyou

Everyone was absolutely incredible, from Joe who gave me a ride home and your office gal (can’t remember her name) to the shop guys that brought my car up to me in the front. I was kept informed everday by text and it was even finished before expected. I don’t think I have ever had such a smooth experience! I was beyond impressed with your commitment to service. Best service, hands down. My parked car was backed into (totally fine- exchanged info, etc) but I didn't know that should be handled differently than any other accident, so I filed a claim through my insurance company. Not only did the guys point out that going through the other party's insurance was ok (and the right thing to do in this case), which saved me $500 and an insurance increase, but they were also super nice and made my girl BEAUTIFUL again!!! Thank you!!!

Everyone was so helpful. They were speedy in ordering and receiving parts. My car was dropped off and done in 9 days. There is always someone waiting to greet you and check you in and out. I would recommend gerber for all collision repairs

The fender that was repaired and repainted , is going in to get Redon again once I get my other vehicle out of storage, - paint runs, bunch of imperfections in the paint , a scuff appon pick up and paint missing by the mud flap, talk to the office , there going to get it fixed for me once I get my other vehicle out of storage
