I am pretty satisfied with the repairs made. However, I mentioned the back passenger rim that wasnt fixed. Not sure of my insurance denied that part but I wasnt given any info on that

A couple of things I experienced. First, I received notice that the vehicle would be done at a certain time. But when I showed up, I was told the message was automatic and my car wouldn’t be done for another day. Very bad way to do business. Also, parking in your facility is terrible. While there are no customers waiting in waiting room, your parking lot is full. How am I supposed to pick up my vehicle when I have to park a half mile away and walk to the facility?

I made arrangements for the car to be repaired in February and it wasn’t until July for the car to be repaired
