The communication from Gerber was poor. We never received a phone call when the work started. We had to call Gerber to find out. Yvonne also said she would call on Friday the 20th to let us know if we could pick the car up on Friday, or Saturday and never heard from her. I don' feel the customer should have to constantly call for updates and be left in the dark.
