Everything went perfectly. My car rental was set up by the sweetest young lady in the office. She made sure I was promptly picked up by Enterprise. My Jeep was ready the same day and the Gerber Agent went above and beyond with helping me with a spray he had sitting in his office to shine up my other 3 tire covers and back bumper so it wouldn't be so obvious one had been replaced. .

Great staff- friendly and professional. We received updates every day for our vehicle along with phone calls. The car was done earlier than expected and was returned to us looking amazing. Great job outside repairs and cleaned inside and out. Highly recommend Gerber for all repairs.

From start to finish, everyone was very professional, keeping me up to date on each step in the process and answer ask my questions and concerns. A special call out to the front office staff that customers interface with as well as Estimator Dominik who held my hand start to final delivery going over the repairs in detail. As well as the staff that you never get to see, very professional repair, no issues.
