Online estimate was inaccurate, although the local team/estimator reached out and coordinated for a quick on site assessment. Following the on site assessment, parts were ordered and repair window was scheduled. Team communicated where the vehicle was at throughout the repair process. Hopefully I do not have to come back with another vehicle, but if repairs are needed I will definitely come back to this shop. Also, everyone was friendly and professional.

My rim is scraped, (no previous damage!) screws under the bumper still loose, grill doesn’t seem to be repaired and still looks cracked. Curb swiping my brand new vehicle and damaging the rim is crazy.

My car was messed up from the last time they supposedly was supposed to fix it and instead of fixing it and honoring their wrong, i haven’t heard from from them at all. Mrs Georgia said i would hear from her and she never called..

I will not recommend Gerber to anyone. And I will be letting Progressive Insurance know about my experience and my extreme dissatifaction.

My car was held for 2 months. I picked it up and it's still not operating properly. Now I'm told that I need to give it back to Gerber for a minimum pof another 3 days which means another rental. I'm extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and disappointed with Gerber.
