My experience with Gerber was completely seamless. Truly, all I had to do was set the time for the rental car company to pick me up from Gerber on the day I dropped off my car. Nicole handled all other communication with the rental company after that. I couldn't have asked for better communication throughout the time my car was at Gerber. Georgia kept me updated all the way through. Any questions or concerns that I had during the process were quickly answered & addressed.

Everything was great. I liked the text communications keeping me updated on the status. The only problem was when I got a text saying the car would be ready a certain day and I had to make arrangements to be prepared to pick it up and then late in the day I was told it wouldn’t be ready after all. Had to wait all weekend to get it the following Monday. That was the only hiccup.
