Overall my SUV looks good after the hail storm damage that was repaired. But I’ve been waiting on a call from your collision center to finish what they started. I still have a small dimple on my passenger side slates between the Fromm and back passenger side that parts were to be ordered for in the original estimate. Please let me know when it can be finished. Thanks.

I give a 5 because of the fact that my car was just sitting in the lot for 5 days without any work being done… I had to be the mediator between my insurance (Allstate) while I was working to get paper work straightened out… it was a miserable experience because of that.. the front desk staff was polite and everything but as far as getting necessary paperwork was not on their priority. Had I not intervened I feel like my car would have been in the lot with no work done even longer…

Good customer service. It took a long time in days from taking the vehicle in to having the actual service provided. The wrong part was sent initially. I ended up paying a $10 shipping fee which I feel should have been waived due to the above stated reasons. I like the staff and would use this facility in the future.
