The team at Gerber is awesome, starting with the initial stop in to see about having my truck repaired. The team at the Evans to lock Road location was far more personable than your other locations and other repair shops in the area. I dealt mostly with Victoria and she was great And kept me updated.

I was expected to walk in 100 degree heat to retrieve an insurance check from my house for the incorrect amount. The same check I was told to shred three days earlier because the total was incorrect. I was not able to inspect the vehicle before the check was presented to the receptionist.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately they broke one of my windows. They are going to replace it but had to order the window and wait a few weeks for it. Iām satisfied with what has been done so far.
