The small details matter and the car should have been checked prior to telling me it was ready and now it will have to go back after I already returned my rental due to the blinker and tail light

There were 20 miles put on the car after we dropped it off and I doubt that was necessary considering the work that was done so when I picked up the car the gas tank was on empty and I know I didn’t drop it off under a quarter of a tank. Someone took all of the contents in the trunk and threw them all over the back seat of the car and left the driver seat all the way back and all the way down. They also left a box with the old wheel in the trunk???? But kept all the old broken parts from the wreck?? There was also a rank smell of body odor all throughout the car and we even have an air freshener in it. It was like someone had been driving the car around for a couple days (it was sitting for 4 days with no updates given). We get it it’s a nice car but could you guys at least not trash it and have the decency to leave the car with as much gas as we left in it???? We will not be coming back.

I had a couple issues but the manager ended up reaching out to me in regards to them and it showed a lot of character and willingness to fix mistakes. I’ll be back anytime I need to get my car fixed in the future! Thanks RC!
