I would recommend bc of good customer service, I was updated the entire time they had my car, the only down side was the available appointment selections that were available despite having more than 1 location…. It took a long time to get an actual appointment to have my car fixed

I appreciated the Tuesday/Thursday updates. The occasional calls I received from Cassie and Nichole were always polite and very respectful even on the one occasion when there was a delay in my Ford not being ready when they thought it would be. I would highly recommend Gerbers!
