Everyone I met at Evanston Gerber was polite, friendly, knowledgable, and highly professional. I appreciate how they went out of thier way to facilitate communication and payment with the insurance company and get the repair work done quickly. My car looked great when the work was done. Overall, one of the best costomer service experiences I've had in a long time.

Calvin, Rachel, Melissa, and the crew were simply awesome. My insurance recommended the local GC&G to take care of a few repairs needed from being hit the night before. About an hour after speaking with the insurance agent, Melissa reached out to schedule time to appraise the damage. During the appraisal, Calvin was very friendly and professional to me and other customers (he was the only one at the shop this Saturday morning) and advised that even if they couldn't meet my tight deadline, they'd work with another GC&G nearby to get it done. He also inspected the damage thoroughly a few times to ensure that he reviewed the damage correctly. The repairs were completed (with a cleaning and an offer to return my rental down the road) within a few days my car's back on the road within a week of being hit. Many thanks again to everyone who worked to make this happen.
