Good work, but the work took way too long. We should have ID’d the hood cable earlier as well as the damage to the intercooler. I know that progressive was the biggest reason that it took so long.

Car looks like new. Washed it & cleaned inside too. Great communication from Sandra. Receptionist very friendly too. 2 weeks is better than most I hear take months was great since I didn't have a rental car.

The repair looks fine. I haven’t got a chance to really scrutinize it. However, I was surprised that when the car transported she got here he demanded an additional $350 cash. Since I received the car, I looked it over quickly and it went in my garage. I’ve been busy with other things, but I have to deal with so I haven’t had a chance to really road test it.
