At first I was not satisfied with the customer service from factory spec. The deadlines for my car repair were not met, parts were delayed, and they did not start working on my vehicle until a week after I dropped it off. However the manager did apologize for the inconvenience and did everything he could to ammend the situation.

I've lost some respect and trust in Factory Spec. Seems the auto body shops (the only 2 in FWB that USAA deals with) has 80+ cars and is overwhelmed with business. Promising dates to customers is not good service!
