My car looks new one again! I can't stop looking at "my chariot " named Cinderella!! My experience with Gerber Collision was absolutely Top Notch throughout the entire process! from the initial engagement using internet to make an appointment to my receiving my car once the work was completed was handled far beyond my expectations. I was leary of making appointment giving details on my collision and expecting to wait for reply. but within minutes i received a response and my appoinment was only a day or so away. The ebture Gerber staff i encountered were friendly personable empathetic to my circumstance of having an accident but most important very knowledgeable and professionals. Each step of the process was thoroughly handled and explained to me so I could know two. Miss Sandra a very kind caring woman who knows her business. She noticed how well i maintained my car and i knew as much as she appreciated that she would treat my car as such. I think she really would do all customers the same. She seemed very passionate about what she does ; her work is reflection of not just the company but her as well I felt very reassured and confident leaving my car. I felt no need to worry she will be good as new just like the review i read on FB the day before. I was not worried but what was a plus was I received regular updates on the process of car intake assessment, dismantling parts order, parts received, paint and reassemble if my car without having to ask!! That Gerber by choice of integrity only accepted parts equivalent to the aesthetic and level of my condition of my car puts them in the winner circle for me. I would have waited extra day or a week for my car to be repaired and looking showroom fine that just fixed. As it was not only did Gerber exceed my expectation on service , and workmanship i got a super plus receiving my car days earlier than promised! I say receiving rather than pick up my car because Ms Sandy insisted i inspected not just the work that was done but the entire car. Together we went over what was done and visually inspected the car front to back - inside and out just like the intake. Just awesome! Straight up thorough professionals. I waited years to buy a new as opposed to my usual purchase of a 5 to 6 year old car vs other investments. I was sad about damage but i am sad no more. My Cinderella had a fairy godmother named Sandra! Hands down my best experience ever!! Thank you Gerber.

From the time I walked into the office until the time I picked up my car they were so nice and will to help. The adjuster was very knowledgeable and explained exactly how she would have my car repaired. She certainly lived up to her word. She kept me updated on the repairs and it was completed on time.
