After receiving a call that my car was ready for pick up, I left work and walked out to my rental to find that the tire was flat:/. It was 4:45 and the shop closes at 5, so I called the shop, spoke with Liz and explained what was going on and said I wasn’t going to be able to make it that day. Liz said she was going to speak to the manager, Jaron, and have him call me back, which he did within minutes. He asked where I was located and said he would be coming to change my tire. He arrived with in 10 minutes to change my tire, had the tire changed with in another 10 minutes, and then told me he would meet me at the shop to pick up my car, which we proceeded to do - all after hours! Liz was at the shop when we arrived, with my paperwork ready to go. They had me leave the rental there and told me they would take care of it from there! They both went above and beyond - I’ve never had such great customer service! Thank you!!!

It was a "promised" 3-day job, but it was completed in 2 days, so, we appreciated that. Being able to drop off my rental car at Gerber's was a great help. Jody was treat to work with and kept us updated on the status of the repair.
