I wasn’t advised that OEM parts weren’t going to be used, and it’s clear that the aftermarket part isn’t the same size as the OEM part because the bumper panel doesn’t sit flush with the adjoining panel of the car.

The adjuster was nice, but when dropping off my car, I couldn’t get a timely print out of the paperwork I needed to fill out and had to call back and ask for it to be emailed to me. Also, when picking up the car, I wasn’t charged the correct amount, so I had to make another trip back to the shop to pay the rest of the bill.

I went to Gerber due to the insurance company having them on their preferred list. I'm so glad they had this Gerber location listed. First off, the people working there are awesome - Katy with the amazing first impression of dealing with a repair shop to the estimator, Nico, working with me every step of the way, and the technicians who greatly rebuilt my car and painted it to exact details! So happy with the finish product and amazed at the customer service. Thank you for such a great first car shop repair experience.

I am so happy with my shiny "new" car!!! The technicians that performed the work made it look like they were working on a car of their own. And Nico made sure I was happy with the results and was able to make it happen to fix all parts that were damaged. I am so happy!

Feel free to read my first comment, but Katy and Nico killed the customer service game. Honest, polite, and made sure I was completely satisfied no matter the event (holding the car for longer, even going and repainting pieces - Nico and the technicians are awesome!).
