It will take some time to determine if evwrthing was fixed but from cosmetic perspective all the problems were fixed. The only thing that I would like to point out is that they had left minor staining the sun visor.

The Gerber rep handling my case failed to listen to me when I described the nature of the repairs needed to my vehicle. As a result, they were not properly communicated to the repair shop, which greatly prolonged the repairs process and by extension cost me a great deal of additional time and money.
