When the repairs were finished and we were supposed to pick it up. The porter damaged the vehicle and we're out of the vehicle for another 2 weeks. Which cost us Revenue. Because the truck was unable to be used for work!

Koen was very helpful. Unfortunately like previously stated the porter damaged our vehicle while bringing it back from the alignment shop and we were without it for the two weeks but it was not his fault!
