I would never recommend anyone with a foreign vehicle like a Mercedes-Benz to ever go to this place and their third-party affiliates for any type of maintenance without you being there yourself because they will pull up codes on your vehicle and claim that those are codes for Tech engine light when they know that those codes had nothing to do with a check engine light there was no check engine light on my vehicle when I turn my vehicle into them. I have a check engine, light and fluid running from under my vehicle and this is from their third-party affiliate short. Gerber did the bodywork, but it was their mechanics that they sent my vehicle to who were unqualified to work on my car.

They sent my car to an unauthorized Mercedes-Benz mechanic. That’s just a start of it when I turned my vehicle in I had no tech engine lights. I have a yellow tech engine light on my vehicle now my vehicle was able to make it over 5 1/2 miles to my home and then started smoking again my vehicle was not completed. As far as The Mechanic mechanical Side go. No one has a reason why I still haven’t received any correspondence of any pictures. Any photos any proofs that these people actually fixed my vehicle except Word-of-mouth word-of-mouth don’t count in court I received a piece of paper saying I had codes on my vehicle all vehicle have codes on the vehicle. Yes, I had codes on my vehicle, but that’s not why I brought my vehicle in there. I brought my vehicle in there because I hit a pothole that was so big that it knocked the electronics and everything out in my vehicle for a brief second I was only worried about the left side of my vehicle because that’s where the smoke and everything came from when my vehicle hit the pothole my vehicle still has smoke and fluid leaking from that very same side even more fluid then it was leaking before I took my vehicle in service. They allow my vehicle. They refused to help me get a tow truck and take my vehicle to a proper dealership I never ever recommend this place because no one wants to be responsible for their action. No one wants the truth about their behind. No one wants to take care of Customer and leave would’ve been fitted off the company Cars+. me and my wife drove past this company and saw our vehicle outside and asked gentleman to secure our vehicle. Our vehicle has not been worked on since we approach these individuals about our vehicle not being secured. I believe personally that they did not work on my vehicle because I approached them about the unsecured vehicle of mine in their parking lot which allowed me to go in my vehicle take out air freshener, a blanket and a sweater instead of taking responsibility and just locking the vehicle up they decided not to work on my vehicle at all, and this was through a progressive insurance claim I would not recommend anyone go to or work with this company for any type of business. They do not follow up right they do not do the right thing they are evil individuals. This may possibly cost me more money because I have to get my car re-towed to Mercedes at my own expense and then pay for what they possibly messed up because I didn’t have a check engine light on my vehicle and if you know anything about Mercedes, can’t see a check engine light they’re gonna charge you for that alone but they don’t understand why I’m angry. They have my vehicle for three months. I’m gonna repeat that they had my vehicle for three months no answers no conclusions no solutions I don’t know what type of business operates like this, but this is a very poor one.

The only reason why I’m giving them a tooth is because Mr. Mario had my vehicle towed from cars +. When I receive the vehicle back, it was still dirty.
