Everything from the customer service to the actual service surrendered to my vehicle was perfect. They were extremely timely and excellent and everything that they did including how they communicating with me throughout the process. My car looked better when they finished with it than it did… Ever! Maybe that’s an exaggeration but most certainly my score of “10 “was not. My truck was taken in for accident damage to the passenger side. I received it back with additional damage to the inside of the door panels that was not there before. There are scratches and scrapes and there was dirt and white marks on them in the inside. Neither door closes as they did prior to the repair. The bed cover is loose and it seems it was not properly or fully attached when it was put back on. The front passenger seat was reclined all the way back as well to the point it was almost flat, which isn’t a major issue, just seems like a lack of returning things back where they belong. I’m guessing they needed to do that to take off and attach the new doors, but it doesn’t take much to return it to how it was. This repair took almost 6 weeks, so I guess I expected better care would have been taken of my vehicle. My family recently had work done at a different Gerber location and they did fantastic work, so I expected the same quality work at this location. I would have used the other shop but I was told this location had the type of technician needed for my vehicle. Had I known the condition my truck was going to be in when returned to me, I would have selected an entirely different company for the repairs.

The staff at this location is so professional. The technicain who worked on my vehicle kept me up-to-date as to the progress of working on my car. Once it was completed, I received a call, and at the time, I hadn't contacted anyone on my end to pick me up, so the shop mentioned someone could come and pick me up and bring me to the shop. That was done. The person who picked me up was so kind as well.

From start to finish, Joe went above and beyond. He communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made sure my questions were answered. It’s rare to feel this level of service. My car was even completed earlier than expected. Excellent customer service experience all around.
