Great experience. It was a pleasure to work with Roque, very knowledgeable. Roque explained step-by-step as to what would happen with my vehicle. The outcome was better than I had expected. Roque and his team did return my vehicle on the expected return date, even though they had a short power outage. I would highly recommend this shop to family and friends.

The completion updates were a good effort, but the accuracy of text and voice mail updates were not always easy to understand. I would recommend that when the message says Tuesday, say Tuesday July 17. When schedules get extended, it is not always clear which Tuesday?
