My car wreck was not my fault and the entire process was a 64 day long nightmare of fighting with: the tow yard, the ins company(4 different agents it was a 6 car collision), and the rental company. That being said ever since I got my car to Gerber I couldn't be happier. They constantly kept me in the loop on what was going on in my car and knew exactly what to say. I remember one guy told me " your car will be repaired, it will look and feel brand new again" and honestly my car was only 6 months old and under 4K miles. It was brand new and I feared it would forever be a wreck, this was exactly what I needed to hear. They were fantastic with customer service I will most definitely be going back.
