Lupe was wonderful to work with as my adjuster; she was kind, careful to explain the process , and thorough in her communication throughout. The quality of the work is stellar and you cannot tell that my car was ever ended. It looks brand new. It was also clean when I picked it up, which was a plus. I chose Gerber Collision and Glass as I felt you had the best reviews from among those approved by Allstate and I know I made the right choice. Everything was A+ and I would not hesitate to recommend your shop to others in need of bodywork.

Hi, after picking my car up on Monday and being extremely pleased that it looked brand new, I noticed one slight rattle in the back left rear. Lupe sent me right up with an appointment today. When I took it in, Jonathan was on the case, taking it out for a test drive, and when he came back to me — it was already fixed. It was just a small thing where the muffler needed to be secured a little bit extra. All good. Super quiet. Super happy with my service and will gladly recommend this shop to others.

I was already extremely satisfied when I picked up my car on Monday, but noticed a slight rattle sound in the back left rear where the work was done. Lupe sent me right up with an appointment to come back in and Jonathan did a great job of taking it for a test drive figuring it out and coming back to me when the issue was already fixed. Just a slight adjustment to the muffler was needed. I am very pleased with this particular office of Gerber Collision and Glass and will highly recommend them to others.
