The girl on the phone was rude. When I asked her a question about my car she ignored me. Also when I went to drop off my car the guy at the shop didn’t know how to do his job.

When I came out, the jeep looked amazing. But my touchscreen U connect didn't respond to touches. Had to have a master reset happen for that. And now the wiper fluid won't come out of the rear glass, nor the front windshield, however it still works with the camera washers... Something happened during the programming section of the repair, and it needs to be fixed.

the estimator Lupe was professional and kept me up to date on what was being done on my vehicle. She made sure I was informed about any damages along the way and I knew everything was going to be okay from then on. I called at the end of the week to see how my car was coming along and briefly spoke with John the Manager at Gerber. He too checked to see that my vehicle was done as promised and it was. I was very pleased and my car was good as new. I will be reaching out to Lupe and John in the future for sure.
