Car was brought in for evaluation. No estimate given to me on the repairs, which in my mind they used the repair amount whether they needed all the funds or not. In hindsight I would have liked to get more than 1 estimate.

after a few bumpy words with them about how long this would take to fix and schedules they were very cooperative and did a good job.

at the beginning, it wasn't great but once they had the car in to be fixed, they were extremely good at communicating and they did everything. They said they would do including leave the car where they said they would so I'm satisfied.
