The communication on the progress of our vehicle was 2nd to none. Jennifer and the rest of the front desk staff were friendly, accomodating & helpful. It was nice that Jennifer took pics of our vehicle because I wasn't sure how detailed they should be. Overall we were impressed with the amazing service & we will highly recommend Gerber for collision repair needs. Thanks -Deb & Randall

*treated us like humans vs a nuisance *quality workmanship *flexibility *awesome communication re/ the timeline for completion *made a stressful situation easy & less stressful (see comments about Gerber's working relationship with Enterprise). *I knew we were in good hands from my first in-person visit.

*communication was excellent, we were updated daily on progress, problem solving & ETA *customer service was second to none from initial scheduling to completion of our car. Gerber staff made a stressful process friendly and efficient. *Gerber's working relationship with Enterprise made our experience with missing our car effortless and reassuring. *Front desk staff was especially great at customer service for example: Their communication with us was authentic vs fake, scripted nice. *all staff (FOH & BOH) educated us about body repair differences working on vehicles that are battery operated vs gas operated.

I have such a rave review for Jessica - who both on the front end and back end of my process was so helpful and excellent in her approach and service - I would love to talk with you about this. I needed to leave the car for two weeks as we were on vacation and there was an issue about how Liberty Mutual had marked the account that she handled in the background to save me follow up. When I returned she remembered me eventhough I had dropped the car off quickly and was so enjoyable to work with as well as seeing her deal with. Both phone calls and other customers. As someone who has a career in customer service and loyalty - I was impressed by her as well as what it says about your entire approach and team. Feel free to call me to discuss if you would like. She represented your company so incredibly well which also reflects on everyone in your company
