From the job estimate to job completion we were extremely satisfied. The estimator went through the project with us and gave us options that saved us money. He made it clear that some items were just minor cosmetic items and could be left alone. Your staff gave us an estimated timeline on when the work would be done, but we were happy to receive a call saying they were done earlier. Finally, upon pick up of our car the final invoice was quite a bit lower than we were quoted due to cost savings found by your staff when completing the work. Thank you!

Car repair was delayed 3 times, meant I had to pay for another week of a rental car. Gerber did not offer any compensation for the rental car. The delay was on your end. Unacceptable !
