Good communication throughout the process and an excellent end result. However, I was not satisfied with the large amount of dust left over in the vehicle’s interior. Sure, my Avalon isn’t the cleanest beater on the block. It’s home to a few Taco Bell sauce packets under the seat, long lost and without a hope of being retrieved. There are crumbs embedded in the carpet and a stray coffee stain or two. That being said, I felt I shouldn’t have had to spend 10 minutes wiping down my interior with a wet rag in order to remove the dust left behind during the repair. In the grand scheme of things this was not a huge issue, and this was truly the only aspect of the service that I was not pleased with. Just running it by you in the interest of providing honest feedback. Thank you.

Larry was absolutly great thru the whole process of getting my car fixed. He listened to my expectations of when i needed my car. Never gave me any excuses. It was ready when he said it would be and prestine when I picked it up. Washed and wiped down inside too. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who wants a great repair.
