Let me say this is the 3rd time we have used Gerber for collision repair and I would use them again if we unfortunately have a need. They have always been quick to get us in and out. The hesitation that I had this time was when I went to pick the car up and I looked over the repair, there was a noticeable gap between the driver’s side door and the wheel well molding which was not matching the other side of the passenger door and the wheel well molding. I went back inside and a technician came out and found that they were 3 connection points between the molding and the car body and only 2 had been connected. Once the 3rd connection was attached the gap lined up right and matched the other side of the car. I picked the car up in the late afternoon on July 3 - could be they were trying to get the car completed so I would have it for the holiday weekend. As I said before, I would use Gerber again if needed. Thanks

Took over a month in the shop to complete the repair. Was told by Chris that he would pay the difference in our rental car charge because we had to rent a truck for our trip for a portion of the rental. When I came to pick it up and mentioned it to Ellie she called Chris out of his office and he denied saying that and said it was against company policy. It really didn’t amount to much money-maybe $100 total but he did tell me that. I wrote it down when he told me over the phone. I was impressed by the offer. Not sure why he then denied it. He could have just admitted that he wasn’t authorized to do that and should not have made the offer. I dislike dishonesty more than someone making a mistake. Ellie was wonderful to work with.
