Excellent communication. I didn’t have to guess what was going on with my vehicle. I was informed on parts and when shipment of parts should arrive regularly. One of the reasons why I am a retuning customer is because of the communication.

It would be good to let the customer know if on a Friday if the customers doesn't pick up by the end of business day they would have to wait till Monday morning. And let the customer know what form of payment is accepted.
