Truck looks nice but several things that should have been caught were missed. Also worried that I may have rear end problems or possible transmission issues

Bumper was not bolted on and trailer connector was not hooked back up. Took longer to finish. Was updated on status until vehicle was finished. I called and was told it was done and ready to be picked up. Road tested for mechanical issues and passes although I can feel vibrations in the steering wheel with a harder than normal idle which I stated had just started since.the accident.
