I have made it known how frustrated I was with the delay on my car repair. Communication is key and I shouldn’t had to keep contacting the shop regarding my car, I should’ve been kept abreast. If things were on back order, automatic text messsges should not be sent out making false promises and completion dates. I told them that I am a driver and I need more transparency to know when I can get my car or find out something. I was promised and each time something else was the issue but I wasn’t given the respect of being notified. The appraiser kept referring to his daughter having to wait 5.5 months for a VW part. That has nothing to do with me. My situation is that my car is my livelihood. Since I had an insurance rental, I could not work. My car was there from 3/27 to 6/4. So I am grateful to finally have my car but I am/was not satisfied. No need to call me. I already called before to speak with a manager two weeks ago and was told they were none on site as they were on an indefinite leave. Whatever that means.

Work was very well done. Truck looks brand new. Entire truck, inside and out was spotlessly cleaned. Very pleased with the results.

I’ve had my vehicle in the shop 4 times for the wind noise that came up after the repair. And when I picked it up today and had been reassured that it was fixed, sadly the wind noise is still there.

not only was the dent fixed, but the inside of the car had been cleaned, the outside of the car had been cleaned, and the tires were shined. Best service I’ve had from anywhere in a long time.

It seems I would only get calls after I attempted to call several times to get updates. Often times between the insurance company and Gerber one would blame the other as to why things weren't progressing. I was told several different timelines throughout this process and it made it seem like one person wasn't communicating with another. It was very frustrating in that respect.
