I believe they were going through training somewhere and the girl the front desk kept saying will call you back or have someone call you but no one ever did. I just had to keep calling them.

Before I left I double checked to see if my window rolled up and down since that’s the area of the repair and the window didn’t go down properly. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix it.

Damage repair great but they didn’t check to see if the window worked properly. I had to get my car pulled back in to be fixed. I still hear a wind noise and have to take it back AGAIN to be adjusted.
