The experience working with Mickey , Jade, and Melody was great from day one. Everyone was friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get my repair completed. I was updated daily to keep me updated with the status of my vehicle. Thank you all for all your hard work. The spare tire and jack tool kit were left piled in the trunk. I’d rather they be properly stored in the appropriate compartment.

I agreed to let my vehicle be taken from the Main Street location to the Grandview location for service after which I had to ask that it be returned to the Main Street location for pick up. When attempting to pick up and pay over the phone, no one initially answered. When they did, I had to leave my card information because they wouldn’t run it.
