My trunk molding was not put back correctly so now when I open my trunk there is a inch gap around the bottom part of the trunk. Once I’m able to drive (just had surgery) it will need to be bought back up to be fixed correctly.

Communication was spottier than I wanted, and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars I didn’t have to spend on rideshares during the time between the initial estimated finish time and the actual finish time. However, after I went in and explained my frustration, the team did everything they could to make sure I understood what was taking so long.
