Vehicle was finished in a timely manner. I had to return as one of the fasteners on my bumper wasn’t flushed. They resolved the issue immediately without further concern.

My experience at Gerber was excellent. The fact that I didn't have to do anything but drop off my car. They called Enterprise and I was picked up. I didn't have to worry about dropping of the rental they handled the rental car pick up. I loved receiving the text messages about the repairs. My car looks amazing. Thank you Gerber.

The accommodations, comfort, courtesy, and general professionalism at the Gerber location in Grandview, MO was outstanding. Possibly one of the best experiences in this general industry. However, the door repair quality was poor. After receiving my truck I noticed there was a chip in the newly painted door, subtle dings noticeable in the sunlight, and the alignment of the door was off (protruding several mm at the bottom. Additionally, I noticed slight trim damage from the repair, externally, at the bottom of the window. I'm not overly concerned about the trim (very minor) but want to include in this survey to be thorough. My wife brought my truck back to get the chip touched-up and the door realigned. After the repair was completed for second time, the employee told her they adjusted the door "about 1/4 inch" and it should be good now. She immediately noticed that one of the door bumpers was damaged during the install, which the employee confirmed then offered to purchase a new one and install when it arrived. When I personally inspected the work the second time, the alignment had not changed noticeably and the bottom of the door is still protruding a few mm. I am currently waiting on them to return my phone call and discuss this again. This has been an inconvenience to us as we use both of our vehicles daily and must sacrifice otherwise committed time to have this issue corrected. I am not trying to be extremely picky but I have the expectation that the repair is to be completed to a like-new condition, within reason of course. I'm also not without grace and would update my survey or review if the issues are resolved.
