The overall quality of the repairs was sub par. There was evidence of dirt and craters in the paint.

While they did a very good job at keeping me up to date on the repairs I feel there could have been more attention to customer expectations. The fender was displaced on my car cashing door to fender contact and because the insurance company had not identified he issue during initial inspection Herbert didn't make them aware. The door was till contacting the fender and caused more damage to the door.
