Gerber did a great job of staying in touch with the insurance agency and with the car rental agency. Once the insurance assignment was made, I had very little to do to arrange anything. Gerber set up a rental car for me, and stayed in touch with the insurance and the rental agency about the extra day. Jessica was very nice and knowledgeable about how to handle everything, as were the estimator and the general manager. They obviously do this stuff all the time, which was a great help to someone like me who deals with an accident maybe once or twice in their life.
