Being notified of what's going in the process would have been great. I had to contact the office to get a status update as I had not heard from anyone after dropping my vehicle off and it had been about 2 weeks. The repair work is impeccable. My vehicle looks as if it weren't damaged at all. I was in a car accident,Gerber left no trace of it. Other than the communications issue, I'd be willing to use them again.

Took a little longer than I was told. Which happens. But I did have a few personal items in the car that was broken. Mainly a pair of frog beads from my late grandfather that was broken apart and beads left everywhere.
