Shelly was a first class representative of your company from our first meeting through the repair period and to our meeting for me to pick up my vehicle!!! She is a real two thumps up employee and I was certainly happy to have her as my repair rep for my repairs👍👍 I think she deserves a small 🫶 raise just for how she handled this Marine! They received my car February 30 ,2026 they call for me to pick up my car I was / blocks away the cut off I could not put emergency lights on it was not cutting off he say might be alternator are battery what ever it is was caused by the Accident

I don't mind paying for service. I have no problem with that. The only problem, I personally , have is not being fully informed of the total fee upon request. I asked how much is going to cost to repair my tail light? I was given one price upon request and a different price when the wok was finished. In the future, I would feel a lot better if she / you would have said , parts, labor, tax , etc... TOTAL ! Thank you

Kenny gave me weekly updates and was very nice , the techs and painter did a magnificent job on my car. The manager Chad was very professional. He and Kenny made sure I was vey happy with my repairs. Also my car was so clean I could eat off it.
