I had to return the car to Gerber yesterday. The trim around the fender well wasn’t installed properly and now there is a creaking noise coming from the area repaired. I haven’t received a call from Gerber estimating how long they will need to keep the vehicle to address the issues.

I had taken my car to Gerber to be repaired after an accident . Everyone was great especially Ms Ruth at the front desk she explained everything to me . The repair time was right on time like they said it was and kept me informed of my repaires. When I went to pick up my car the guy took me to my car and explained the after care process and also cleaned my seats and carpet . I will definitely be taking my car back in the future
