Impressed with work done to the vehicle. Never knew it was in an accident. Liked the fact that the vehicle was washed. That was a very pleasant surprise. But I was disappointed in two things: first, two of the parts that were removed were left in the car. I dont know why it wasn't disposed of. Second, my car was promised on the 29th. I took off of work so that I could be ready when they called. Never got a call or text message that it would be an additional day, yet I got updates the entire time the vehicle was there.

If this were a grade, A+ (100%). From the time I was contacted to schedule drop off to the end when it was time to pick up, I have zero complaints. I dropped my car off and Mrs Ruth at the front desk was kind enough to contact enterprise for us to let them know we were ready for a ride to pick up our reserved rental. She was very thoroughly and informative during the entire process. During the time the vehicle was being repaired, Gerber continuously provided updates on every part of the repair, not leaving me guessing or begging for updates. Quick and amazing service! If I ever have any further collision issues, I know that this will be a place that I can trust to do such a fabulous job overall. I brought my car in all dirty and it was returned to me clean on the outside and completely wiped down on the inside. Thank you so much for your amazing service!
