My repair experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was completely great. Beginning with the moment I walked in the door and was warmly and efficiently greeted and assisted by Ms. Ruth I knew everything was going to be different. She is a customer service phenomenon. Mr. Mike then handled my repairs and texted me regular updates which I appreciated. My job was done to my full satisfaction, and Mr. Stamatios made sure of that when I picked up my vehicle and explained explained everything thoroughly. I also interacted with Mr. James and he was helpful too. One really cool and convenient thing that is available at Gerber is that the rental I was in can be picked up at Gerber by the rental company without having to do all that because Gerber is an authorized location for that service. I am totally and completely satisfied. Kudos Gerber!!!!!

I had a great experience overall— Stamati's team delivered excellent customer service and made a difficult decision much easier with clear communication and genuine care. The quality of work was excellent, and I truly appreciate the professionalism across the board. That said, I did notice that some of the administrative processes, like estimates, invoice, and document tracking, felt a bit dated and manual. As someone who works in process automation and intelligent document processing, I’d genuinely welcome the opportunity to share a few ideas or suggestions on how you might streamline the back-office workflow to save time and reduce paperwork. Thanks again for the great service—it made a big difference.
